Our turn around time is 21-28 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Most items are ready before then, but with COVID19, employment shortages, and supplier delays, we like to leave room for inconveniences.

All items are custom made. It is very IMPORTANT that you read each item's description before purchasing. We are NOT responsible for any issues that may occur due to not reading turn around time dates or product descriptions and/or any disclaimers associated with our items.

You will receive an email once your item has shipped. We are not responsible for any mail carrier delays. Once a order has shipped, it is out of our hands and we are no longer responsible.
