Production Calendar

Production/Turnaround Time refers to the time required to complete an order and does not include the shipping time. Shipping time will be calculated separately.

Turnaround Time (TAT) begins every Monday. Orders must be placed by Sunday at midnight EST to be processed within the Monday order cycle. For example, if an order is placed on Wednesday, the TAT will begin the following Monday. If an order is placed on a Monday, TAT will begin the following Monday.

Turnaround times are an estimate and times may vary with number of orders. Embroidery is a lengthy method of apparel decoration, and a large number of orders can affect turnaround times. Please allow additional time for any unforeseen delays and shipping.
