What do we sell?

At Aubree & Livi Designs, our main focus is graphic tees and sweatshirts for adults, but we also do tumblers, some children's apparel, and boutique style clothing as well!

What is turnaround time (TAT)?

I am only one person running my small business as well as being a stay-at-home mom, so please bear with me while it may take a little bit of time to ensure I make you the best quality items that I can. TAT is roughly 21-28 days (not including weekends or holidays), but usually on the sooner end. 

How do we place a custom order?

What type of shirts do we use?

Our top choice is Bella Canvas or Comfort Colors, but sometimes due to suppliers being out of stock, or needing a certain type of material, we will use other brands such as Tultex, Anvil, Gildan, and LAT. All items are unisex unless stated otherwise in description. Sizing is usually true to size on all brands, but keep in mind these are unisex, so they will not be form fitted unless they say ladies/women.

What is our refund/return/cancellation policy?

Due to being a made-to-order shop, we do not allow cancellations. Our return/refund policy allows a 24 hour window after item is received to contact us about issues with original product. If care guidelines (included in package) are not followed, it is not our responsibility. After 24 hours, we will no longer accept returns or process refunds.
