Hello there! Due to the personalization and outsourcing of our embroidery items, most items ship in approximately 28 business days unless otherwise stated. Turnaround Time (TAT) begins every Monday for embroidery items. Orders must be placed by Sunday at midnight EST to be processed within the Monday order cycle.
