Our return/refund policy allows a 24 hour window after item is received to contact us about issues with original product. If care guidelines (included in package) are not followed, it is not our responsibility. After 24 hours, we will no longer accept returns or process refunds. Due to the nature of products being made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations.
